Osler Health International in Singapore is a medical center staffed by a diverse team of multilingual medical professionals. What distinguishes them from other clinics is their commitment to educating patients through social media, workshops, seminars, and panel discussions. Their aesthetically pleasing clinics provide a one-stop solution for various medical needs.

Finding the right doctor, coach, or consultant can be tough. We want to connect with someone we trust, especially when sharing personal thoughts or experiences.

For this video, I focused on having a conversation with the doctors, getting to know their passion and motivation behind what they do. This approach helped them speak freely and share personal stories as industry experts. The goal of a brand story video is to introduce your brand on a personal level, like a handshake before meeting someone in person. In this case, I wanted Osler Health to convey trust between the doctors and their patients.

We then paired the interview with scenes of the clinic and the patient experience. This helps the audience understand what to expect and appreciate the care the team puts into looking after their patients. Highlighting the clinic’s aesthetics is also important as it shows the effort made to make patients feel comfortable and at home.
