I find joy in listening to stories, teaching and creating.
I spent the first part of my career teaching guitar, meeting students from all walks of life with amazing, heartfelt stories.
I met a 70-year-old man with trembling hands who wanted to play guitar and sing at church. He was worried that his medical conditions would stop him, but I showed him he could do it, and he reached his goal.
I also met a young woman who wanted to play and sing an English song for her soon-to-be husband at their wedding, but she didn’t speak English. We spent time reading storybooks, and soon enough, she played and sang his favorite song during their wedding.
Everyone has a story behind what drives them to do what they do. This is what makes us unique.
I made the switch to video production because I wanted to help businesses and individuals tell their stories through videos. One big challenge my clients face is creating content that connects with their audience or stands out. Often, this happens because the strategy behind the content isn’t right. We sometimes focus too much on making sales and end up using hard-selling tactics, comparing ourselves to competitors, or talking too much about why our product or service is the best. But it should be about the customer’s needs and wants, not just about us.
By changing the approach and focusing on stories, we can show what is truly us. By sharing your story, you create a personal connection, build trust, and foster a community of like-minded customers.
After all, people buy from people they trust. People connect with stories, not numbers or statistics.
Let’s work together.
