First impressions are exceptionally important in situations like these because we will only reveal our true colours after some time or once we feel comfortable with that person. Therefore, the aura or image we give to someone will shape their thoughts— how we smile, speak, and present ourselves.

In today's world, change can happen at any time, and it is in our best interest to adapt to these changes if the opportunity arises. I knew I had to move away from music because I needed a fresh start after more than ten years of performing. I needed a bigger plan or a more significant cause to help businesses grow and connect with their target audience.

I used to be laser-focused on being the best in whichever industry I wanted to thrive in. Eventually, this habit transformed me into a person filled with anger, jealousy, and selfishness. I was so focused on being the best that I neglected to stop and smell the roses—to enjoy the journey.

As a photographer, I find that being able to produce quality work is never enough. We are all service providers, and our job is to ensure that our subjects or clients feel at ease during a photoshoot. With this in mind, I find myself more at peace—putting aside my differences, stooping to my subject’s level and understanding them.

Sometimes, if we dig a little deeper into the messages behind our favourite books, shows, or audiobooks, we can pick up life lessons that will help us overcome our challenges and make us a better individual, someone who we are meant to be, our future self, and accomplish our goals. However, it is not as simple as it sounds.

Remember, friends, your journey and your process to becoming who you set out to triumph over the results. Please pay attention to the little things you encounter during your trip because they might open up new opportunities and choices.
