Recently, I had the opportunity to produce brand story videos for Casa Mia Co Living Singapore. In these videos, we let members share their personal experiences, helping the Casa Mia team improve the living experience for their community.

Casa Mia Co Living Singapore is designed to help young expats looking to work in Singapore by providing a hassle-free living solution. The Casa Mia team takes care of all the paperwork, allowing members to settle into their ideal homes right away.

Turning customer experiences into videos is a powerful way to build your brand, but it has to be genuine. The stories need to come from the heart, not feel forced.

For this project, we kept the conversation natural and unscripted, allowing members to speak freely. We didn’t give them a script or direct what they should say, because authenticity was our main goal. Whether their experiences were positive or negative, we wanted to capture it all. If there were any issues, it gave Casa Mia valuable insights to improve their services—making it a win-win for everyone.

The key to creating these kinds of videos is ensuring that your members feel comfortable and can speak openly. In this case, members playfully teased each other, which highlighted the fun and friendly side of living with people who were once strangers.

It was about showcasing the real, organic connections between the members and the brand. When potential customers see these videos, they’ll connect with your brand on a deeper, emotional level.

Think about it: before making a purchase, most of us check customer reviews or testimonials. Videos are an even more engaging way to share these experiences compared to written posts.
