Casa Mia Co-Living, Singapore

Brand Story Film, Member’s Experience

The Challenge:
Living abroad — especially in a foreign country — can feel daunting. With so many co-living spaces available, it can be difficult to know which one is the right choice.

For Casa Mia Coliving, we needed to create a brand story film that addressed the common doubts and questions potential members might have:

  • What is it like living with strangers?

  • How are utilities and paperwork handled?

  • What are the living conditions like?

  • Is the location convenient?

The goal was to ease concerns and build trust with students and professionals looking to study, stay, or work in Singapore.

The Strategy: Instead of relying on corporate messaging, we let the members of the community do the talking.

We brought several residents together for an open, conversational discussion. Nothing was scripted or staged — just honest sharing of personal experiences. We intentionally placed the spotlight on them.

Word of mouth and recommendations are powerful trust-builders, especially for people entering a new environment. By hearing directly from existing members, potential residents could better understand what it truly feels like to be part of the Casa Mia community.

We paired these conversations with candid moments, fun interactions, and footage from community events — highlighting the sense of belonging and the all-in-one living solution Casa Mia provides.

The Outcome: These member stories were featured on the website, allowing visitors and potential members to experience Casa Mia through authentic voices rather than just written descriptions. Video made the experience more engaging and emotional — viewers could genuinely feel how residents felt about the space.

Shorter versions were reformatted for social media and used as ads and sponsored content to reach a wider audience.

Following the success of the brand story, we moved on to produce property showcase videos that clearly presented each living space — showing not just how the quarters look, but how they feel.
